Service offering
In-person counselling
A 60 minute therapeutic experience within the holding space of the counselling room, providing access to sand tray, symbol work and other creative or expressive therapies.
Online counselling
An affordable 60 minute session available for Australian and international clients.
Clients wishing to engage in creative and expressive therapies will be required to find access to their own resources.
Group workshops
Counsellor facilitated therapeutic activities, allowing personal inner processing in a safe group environment.

Reach out via the contact form to get started. If you’d like to chat first, you can also book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to see if working together feels right.
Step 2: Consent
Before your first session, you’ll receive a consent form to complete. This helps make sure you understand what to expect and gives Jessica a little more information about how she can support you.
Step 3: Booking & Payment
Once your form is complete, you can book a session at a time that suits you. Payment is made securely when booking, so everything is sorted before your appointment. Payment plans are avialable.
